The Ranger Windtop is much lighter than a normal jacket, using small YKK zips, packing down to the size of an apple, ideal for when size and weight need to be kept to a minimum. It is ideally worn with a long sleeve base layer, such as the Snugpak 2nd Skinz Coolmax base layer to move moisture away from the skin, keeping you dry and regulating core temperature. The Snugpak Ranger Windtop is a single layer garment and uses Paratex Micro. The single-layer windtop is ideal for summer months, and is light enough to be unnoticeable and worn all day; becoming a stalwart item of clothing. The quick drying, Paratex Micro 100% nylon material has a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish.
