POUCH SIZE: The pouch has a flat design, a discreet size, is not bulky, and can be hidden under clothes if desired. Exact dimensions are 7 ¼ inches by 3 ½ inches. The main pocket is 5 ¼ inches by 3 ½ inches and can hold an ipod, a cell phone, many smartphone models, cash, ID or credit cards (not a passport, though). A separate pocket can easily hold lip balm, gel packs, a car or house key and keep it separate from the main pocket (no worries about your key scratching your phone or ipod).

BELT SIZE: The ultra soft, adjustable elastic belt is 1 ½ inches wide and can be adjusted from 14 inches to 40 inches. Its versatility makes sizing ideal, and allows freedom to wear the pack snugly around the hips or on your waist - however you choose.

COMPATIBILITY WITH SMARTPHONES: The main pouch will hold many smartphones with cases. It's perfect for all iPods, the new iPhone SE, iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, and iPhone 6 and 6s (4.7 inch model with a SLIM case), and even the Samsung Galaxy S5. It will not fit phones larger than the Galaxy S5, and other phones with bulky cases may not fit as well. It has a headphone port accessible from the front.

MATERIAL: The pouch itself does not expand since it is made from a water resistant material rather than a spandex, therefore it will keep your personal items safe from small amounts of moisture. Note: Due to the zipper, the headphone opening, and the sewn seams, the pouch does not have a water-tight seal and won't protect items if fully submersed, in wet weather conditions, or from heavy sweating.
