OMRON 1032345 Omron HR100 Heart Rate Monitor (EA) Being aware of your heart rate is important. If you're working out too hard, your activity can become counterproductive and strain your muscles. The Omron HR100 heart rate monitor contributes to your workout efficiency by helping you maintain your heart rate at a proper level--generally 65 to 85 percent of your maximum HR--for a minimum of 20 minutes. Easy to program, the HR100 is equipped with an alarm that sounds when your HR exceeds or falls below your target HR zone. To maximize usability, the watch includes a chest transmitter belt with a range of 98 feet, along with a mounting bracket that attaches to most treadmills and bicycles. And for non-exercise activities, the watch offers a time of day display and a daily alarm reminder.

Other features include a ventilated watchband, a backlight function, a water-resistant housing, and a soft zippered storage case.
